As part of their Lenten Mission, our fourth-grade students recently shared a beautiful act of faith and generosity with our parish community. Embracing the spirit of prayer, sacrifice, and giving that defines the Lenten season, the students lovingly cleaned, stained, and then donated wooden crosses to Fr. Vincent for the parish ministers.
Each cross serves as a simple yet powerful reminder of Christ’s love and sacrifice. Through this meaningful gesture, our students not only learned about almsgiving but also experienced the joy of serving others. Their thoughtful offering reflects hearts growing in compassion and a deeper understanding of what it means to live out our faith.
We are so proud of our fourth graders for their kindness and commitment to making this Lenten season one of purpose and love. May these crosses continue to inspire our ministers and our entire parish as we journey together toward Easter.
