Move over, faculty—there’s a new boss on campus, and he’s bringing a serious dose of style to the office.
On February 24, 2026, kindergarten star Anakin officially stepped into the role of Principal of the Day. Anakin earned this prestigious promotion by being the top fundraiser for our annual Turkey Trot, proving that hard work (and a lot of running!) really does pay off.
A Dapper Debut
The morning kicked off with a buzz of excitement at the school assembly. Looking incredibly dapper in a sharp suit and a perfectly tied bow tie, Principal Anakin took to the microphone with total confidence. He welcomed his fellow students to school, stood in front of the community for the pledge and prayer, and our Student Learning Expectations for the week. Before heading to his office, he graciously wished the entire staff and student body a wonderful day—setting a positive tone for everyone.
Lunch Like a Boss
Being the principal comes with some pretty great perks. Anakin spent his lunch break in the main office, enjoying a true “meal of champions”:
- Classic Cheese Pizza
- Hawaiian Sun Strawberry Orange Juice
- A celebratory Rainbow Cupcake
Business and Playtime
Despite his busy schedule of administrative duties, Principal Anakin made sure to prioritize what matters most: Recess! He headed out to the yard to join his fellow kindergartners, proving that you’re never too important for a little playground time.
The afternoon was spent conducting “official” classroom observations. Anakin visited various grades, where he was met with cheers and plenty of high-fives from his friends. He even made a special stop at the Bake Sale, where he checked out the snacks (and maybe purchased a bag of chips!).
It was a joy to see our “New Principal” mingling with the community and leading with such a kind spirit. Congratulations, Principal Anakin, on a job well done!
